29 October 2026 – 2CRSi (ISIN: FR0013341781), a designer and
manufacturer of high-performance, energy-efficient servers, announces the
postponement of the publication of its consolidated annual results and its
2025-2026 Annual Financial Report.
This decision will provide the time needed to finalise the audit procedures and the documents relating to the approval of the financial statements, incorporating the conclusions of the independent expert appointed following the report published by Grizzly Research LLC. The main conclusions of the expert’s report, presented to the Audit and Risk Committee on 26 October in the presence of the statutory auditor, were announced in a press release published on 29 October 2026.
The publication, initially scheduled for 29 October, is expected to take place as early as 30 October, after market close.
