Alain Wilmouth

Alain Wilmouth studied Economics and Management at the University of Strasbourg (UNISTRA). A self-taught expert and entrepreneur, he has built his technical expertise and reputation in the IT industry over more than 34 years. His experience in senior management positions within the IT sector has enabled him to develop strong leadership expertise and a deep understanding of business, while further sharpening his technical knowledge. He co-founded 2CRSi with his brother Michel at the end of 2004.

Estelle Schang

Estelle Schang holds a BTS diploma in Real Estate Professions. After gaining her first professional experience between 1997 and 2001 as a property management assistant at a Strasbourg-based agency, she moved into a sales role with a property developer in 2003. Five years later, she joined 2CRSi as Head of Administration and Finance. In 2017, she was appointed Vice-President of the Group, before taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2025.

Michel Wilmouth

Michel Wilmouth is a co-founder of 2CRSi. He served as Managing Director until the company became a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) in 2010. He was Chief Executive Officer from 2017 to 2018 and is currently responsible for international transportation within the Company. He is due to retire at the end of 2026. Previously, Michel Wilmouth served as Technical Manager at Allen Computers France. In 2009, he also co-founded the subsidiary ADIMES.

Jean-Louis Wilmouth

As the permanent representative of Holding Alain Wilmouth, Jean-Louis Wilmouth is retired. After training as a carpenter and cabinetmaker, he qualified as a Master Craftsman in carpentry and cabinetmaking in 1961.

He joined Stadler in Forbach in 1964 before becoming warehouse manager at Meubles Moeser in Forbach, a position he held until 1970. From 1971 until his retirement, Jean-Louis Wilmouth managed the family business, Meubles WILMOUTH.





Lilla Merabet

Lilla Merabet was the director of the Fondation de France Grand Est from 2008 to 2015. She also was Vice-President of the Alsace Region and of the Grand Est Region until 2021, where she developed a recognised strategy for the structuring of innovation ecosystems, attractiveness and sector strategy. She is currently General Delegate of the Force Foundation for research and innovation in health and senior advisor for industrial and public policy projects. She is also an independent director of several companies (2CRSi, Opta LP, Ecole 42 Mulhouse, ARSEA).



Hervé Landau

Hervé Landau is an expert in strategy, investment, and governance, with nearly 30 years of experience as a banker and advisor to entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial families, and family-owned businesses in France and internationally. He holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and is also certified in corporate governance, sustainable transition management, and crisis management. As President of SAS Family Holdings, he acts as a Senior Advisor, supporting holdings in their structuring and investment strategies, while also carrying out mentoring and executive support assignments.
