Appointment of Philippe Jeannot as Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Strasbourg (France), 3 July 2023 - 2CRSi, a designer and manufacturer of highperformance energy-efficient computer servers, announces the appointment of Philippe Jeannot as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

This appointment is made as the 2CRSi group begins to refocus on its historical core business, the design and manufacture of servers. As an engineer by training, and having spent the majority of his career in the manufacturing and BtoB sectors, Philippe Jeannot's appointment is part of this strategic refocusing initiative.

As part of his new role, Philippe Jeannot will manage the entire Group and its subsidiaries and will be responsible for all operational, administrative and sales activities. His main tasks will be to improve the business model and processes, to align the business lines and make them more reliable, and to unite, develop and support the teams. He will also be a member of the executive committee and will report directly to Alain Wilmouth, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 2CRSi, who will be able to focus on implementing the strategy and on priority development projects, particularly innovative and international projects.

A graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris, Philippe Jeannot has more than 30 years’ experience in management positions with mid-caps operating in a variety of sectors, but particularly in the manufacturing sector (TSA Industries, Cosma Experts, Alternium, Hypred, etc.)
